How to request deletion of your data
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the methods below.
Self-service (instant)
If you have the app installed, open it and go to Account → Delete account. Your account, collection, alerts, saved searches, and favourites are permanently removed and any active subscription is cancelled immediately.
By email
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account and we will process it within 30 days.

- Account credentials (email, password hash) and profile information
- Collection items and card valuation history
- Saved searches, price alerts, stock alerts, and release reminders
- Favourited retailers and preferred categories
- Direct messages and notification preferences
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately
What is retained
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (e.g. search popularity counts, retailer visit totals) is retained as it can no longer be linked to you. Transaction records required for tax/legal compliance may also be retained where required by law, but are disassociated from your personal identity.
